Stopped off for a quick lunch on a Monday..lovely fresh sandwiches made up in no time..excellent coffee and a lovely selection of freshly baked Buns and Apple Tarts on offer. Also had a great selection of Pantry goods...Sauces, Preserves, Etc. Delighted I Stopped there and will definitely be back . An easy 5 stars

Lovely fresh food to take away, lovely fresh bread and scones . Sit down outside, no toilets.

Stopped here with a group of 5 other cyclists (Ireland coast to coast day 2) on a hot day in need of a quick pick up with an hour's cycling still to go for the day. We all had an ice cream and it was fabulous. Friendly staff, it's a shame in a way looking at the cakes etc on offer that we didn't try a cup of tea or coffee.We did get confirmation that the Old Rail Trail was a good route into Athlone rather than the R446.
