If making a Swiss Roll on your own, here’s a little tip:
Tip for Easy Rolling and Cracking Prevention: Instead of using equal amounts of eggs, self-raising flour, and sugar, reduce the amount of flour used.
- 6 oz caster sugar
- 6 eggs
- 4 oz self-raising flour
