“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.” is a famous quote by Virginia Woolf, one of the thousands of authors who have written about the relationship between food and love. Across many cultures, food and romance are closely intertwined. Courting over dinner, a social habit, is not entirely pointless.
Furthermore, a study has shown that ordering dessert increases your chances of romance. All of this is related to happiness hormones: Dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphins are a fantastic quartet of hormones directly responsible for the feeling of happiness. And the renowned chef Julia Child once said, “People who love to eat are the best people.”
As you can see, love and food have a lot in common, primarily to make us happy.

The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, and the same goes for women.

Give the gift of love and happiness!
